Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (8 months) with possibility of extension

Salary: Up to £30,000 per year

Location: West London

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. As the first point of contact for our charity, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, working closely with external suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Manage room bookings, including billing and reservations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records using Salesforce
  • Develop and implement e-newsletter campaigns using Mailchimp and Salesforce
  • Assist the Finance Assistant with authorizing bill and invoice payments and petty cash

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Experience with Mailchimp, Salesforce, and room booking systems (desirable)
