Key Responsibilities- Training Design and Development: You will be responsible for designing and developing training courses that are engaging, inclusive, and learner-centric. This will involve working closely with subject matter experts to create training content that meets the needs of our customers.
- Process Improvement: You will be responsible for ensuring that our training processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with industry standards. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to our training design process.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their training needs and develop training solutions that meet those needs. This will involve building strong relationships with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: You will be responsible for continuously improving our training design process and ensuring that our training solutions are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of our customers.
- Experience in Training Design and Development: You will have a proven track record of designing and developing high-quality training courses that meet the needs of customers.
