About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Transformation Specialist to join our team at Capita, working on the Royal Navy's 12-year transformation programme, Project Selborne. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of training for the Royal Navy and make a real difference to those joining the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and inspire teams to deliver transformative solutions within training, ensuring coherence, ambition, and impact.
  • Support acceleration through the Training Transformation process, delivering outcomes at pace via an Agile process.
  • Ensure that solutions presented to the Product Owner are coherent, ambitious, and transformative, meeting the needs of educators and trainees.
  • Establish priorities and areas of focus for training improvement with the Training Delivery Unit Product Owner and Educators.
  • Develop complex solutions, manage projects from start to finish, and lead innovation and change.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preparing, presenting, and delivering solutions to clients.
  • A proven track record of developing complex solutions and managing projects from start to finish.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment and leading innovation and change.
  • Ability to go through UK SC clearance.
