About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Transformation Specialist to join our team at Capita, working on the Royal Navy Training Modernisation programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and effective training solutions to support the Royal Navy's transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement complex training solutions to meet the needs of the Royal Navy's Training Delivery Unit.
  • Work closely with the Training Management Group to ensure that training solutions are coherent, ambitious, and transformative.
  • Collaborate with educators and trainees to design and deliver learner-centric and digitally enabled training.
  • Establish priorities and areas of focus for training improvement with the Training Delivery Unit Product Owner and educators.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect preparing, presenting, and delivering solutions to clients.
  • A proven track record of developing complex solutions and managing projects from start to finish.
  • Experience of working in an agile environment and leading innovation and change.
  • Ability to go through UK SC clearance.
