Junior Trading Technology Support Specialist

Caspian One is seeking a skilled Junior Trading Technology Support Engineer to join its London office. The ideal candidate will provide technology support for trading systems, focusing on FIX and OMS. Key Responsibilities:

* Trading System Support: Ensure smooth operations across all systems, providing timely support for the trading flow.

* Client Configuration: Set up new clients on trading platforms, ensuring seamless integration.

* System Monitoring: Perform daily system checks and monitor alerts to identify and resolve issues proactively.

* Incident Management: Oversee the entire incident management process, including communication, problem resolution, and post-incident analysis.

* Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new clients and support the introduction of new trading flows.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2+ years experience in a Front Office technology support role within a financial institution.

* Knowledge of Equities markets and trading systems.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels.

* Familiarity with running SQL queries for generating ad-hoc reports.

* Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

* Basic knowledge of programming languages for troubleshooting or automating processes.
