We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding organisation seeking a skilled professional to join their team in a global trade role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle LCL Import shipments for airfreight and seafreight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Raise invoices and internal files, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
  • Pass supplier invoices, ensuring seamless payment processing.
  • Communicate with Shipping lines, hauliers, and depots to coordinate collections and deliveries.
  • Ensure all customer deadlines are met, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up after deliveries to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
  • Proven experience handling LCL import shipments, with a strong understanding of airfreight and seafreight operations.
  • Familiarity with CNS, Destin8, or Multi-freight systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
