About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and general support to incoming callers and service users
  • Admin tasks, such as data entry, email correspondence, and electronic filing
  • Update the internal system with accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Customer service experience, either from the retail, hospitality, or contact centre environment
  • A natural flair for dealing with people and providing excellent customer service

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with standard shifts paid at £11.44 per hour and night shifts paid at £17.16 per hour.
