About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a CFO Support Specialist in the East of England and Southeast of England. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in custody and in the community, helping them to overcome barriers to successful resettlement and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants in both custodial and community settings, providing high-quality support and guidance.
  • Help participants develop skills, find sustainable employment, and achieve agreed milestones.
  • Work across different locations in custody at HMP Highpoint and in the community in Cambridge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and supportive service is provided to participants.
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and motivational skills, to support participants from diverse backgrounds.
  • A demonstrated commitment to the rehabilitation of prisoners and the ability to work independently, providing community-based support.
  • An awareness, understanding, and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults.
  • The ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service Check at an enhanced level and successfully pass prison vetting.
