Job Title: Head of Contracts and National Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Contracts and National Contracts Manager to join our team at ASR International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the acquisition and management of projects with housebuilders, developers, and main contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new contracts and renew existing ones with contract kitchen furniture manufacturers/suppliers and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including regular meetings and presentations to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to ensure mutual satisfaction, while working towards or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall company goals and provide valuable feedback on market trends.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Proven experience in dealing with housebuilders, developers, and main contractors.
  • Desirable: Experience in the KBB industry within kitchen, bathroom, brassware, or appliances. However, product expertise can be taught for candidates.
  • Structured, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
