We are seeking an experienced Head of Contracts and National Contracts Manager to join our team at ASR International. This is a national role with great potential to make a significant impact, offering a competitive base salary of up to £70,000, a bonus scheme of up to £20,000, a Hybrid BMW, and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales through the acquisition and management of projects with housebuilders, developers, and main contractors.
- Manage a client base of 50 live accounts, with the top 20 generating between £25,000 - £450,000 each annually.
- Identify, develop, and implement sales strategies to secure new contracts while renewing and managing existing ones with contract kitchen furniture manufacturers/suppliers and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to ensure mutual satisfaction, while working towards or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall company goals and provide valuable feedback on market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Develop and execute business development plans to expand the company's contract portfolio, specifically within the regional and national housebuilder market.
- Essential: Proven experience in dealing with housebuilders, developers, and main contractors.
- Desirable: Experience in the KBB industry within kitchen, bathroom, brassware, or appliances.
- Structured, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally based in the South of England for ease of access to the London showroom and client base.
