Black Fox Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clients, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing for customers and suppliers
  • Sales ledger and purchase ledger management
  • Bank reconciliation and financial account management
  • Customer contact and invoice payment clearance
  • Resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an account payable or accounts position
  • Understanding of account reconciliation and financial management
  • Competence in Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word
