We are looking to recruit a driven individual who can assist us in our Enniskillen Office with general admin activities and light accounting administration. We are a smaller company, so you will need to be a team player and capable of using initiative to multi task. Being proficient in Office 365 would be an advantage as well as willingness to gain knowledge of our accounts system to assist with bank reconciliation, invoicing and other activities.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
