Sales Office Administrator

Job Title: Sales Office Administrator
Responsibilities: T**he Position**:
We require a friendly and enthusiastic office administrator for our Head Office in Enniskillen. You will be the first port of call for all customer queries via walk ins and telephone and our E-Commerce sites. You will also;
- Create and Process orders
- Carry out Invoicing
- Book in stock when required
- Create Tracking numbers for deliveries, and preparing paperwork for warehouse and dispatch
Experience with internet channels is prefered as this will be a big part of your role. Order entry right through to dispatch and tracking. Liase with other departments and couriers. Update all internet channels.
You will also be required to complete other general administrative duties as requested.
The hours of work are 42.5 hours per week, 8:00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday. Or 9.00am to 5.00pm if more suitable.
**The Requirements**:
**. Previous Office environment experience essential**
- Excellent IT skills, previous experience working with Microsoft Office, excel in particular.
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Good communicator
- Team player
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to be flexible
- Work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
