Funds Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Funds Administrator to join our team at AP Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for our funds, including secretarial activities, processing paperwork and queries, maintaining files, preparing investor statements and client reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration for assigned funds
  • Secretarial activities, including processing paperwork and queries
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Preparing investor statements and client reports
  • Performing CDD's according to company policies and procedures
  • Preparing payments and liaising with third parties
  • Collating information for system record maintenance

Requirements:

  • 18 months+ relevant experience in funds administration
  • Strong academic background
  • Good communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Technical knowledge of funds and financial services legislation and regulations
