Funds Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Funds Administrator to join our team at AP Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for our funds, including secretarial activities, processing paperwork and queries, maintaining files, and preparing investor statements and client reports.

The ideal candidate will have 18 months+ relevant experience, a strong academic background, and excellent communication and decision-making skills. They will be able to work under pressure and have a good understanding of funds and financial services legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration for assigned funds
  • Secretarial activities, including processing paperwork and queries
  • Maintaining files and preparing investor statements and client reports
  • Performing CDD's according to company policies and procedures
  • Liaising with third parties and collating information for system record maintenance

Requirements:

  • 18 months+ relevant experience
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good understanding of funds and financial services legislation and regulations
