As a key member of our Resuscitation and Simulation training team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our staff and medical students.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of all levels of resuscitation training, ensuring that our staff and medical students receive the highest standard of education and training.
- Develop and deliver new and innovative simulation and clinical skills training sessions for medical students on clinical placements, utilizing your expertise to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and facilitate competency-based clinical skills training and assessment for doctors in training, ensuring that our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.
- Experience in working within a multi-professional team, with a strong understanding of the importance of effective communication and collaboration.
- Ability to give effective feedback and debriefing, with a focus on supporting the development of our staff and medical students.
- Clinically registered practitioner, teaching qualification, and ILS, ALS, or APLS provider, with a strong understanding of recent developments in resuscitation and clinical skills.
