The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in a rapidly growing business.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our platform.

You'll support brands of all sizes with their fulfilment search and work directly alongside our founder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries and conduct outbound sales research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist the founder with private tenders and maintain a personal frontline sales presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide regular updates on sales metrics.

  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute business development strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B business development, preferably in logistics and fulfilment sales.
  • A degree is preferred but not required.
