Service Desk Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Advisor to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our systems support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clinics colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of incidents and requests assigned to you via the ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Work with internal stakeholders, key colleagues, and external suppliers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver regular tasks such as bulk messaging, data uploads, and other system-related activities.
- Support and liaise with appropriate support teams, representing clinics colleagues with any systems, hardware, or software issues.
- Meet KPIs for personal ticket portfolio and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Previous experience working in a support desk environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong technical skills, with ability to work with computer systems and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to demonstrate customer-led thinking.
- Ability to manage own workload with minimal direct supervision.
