As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, and you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving these issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Service Management ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT service management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on communication.
  • Strong motivation to contribute to a best-in-class service desk.
  • Some experience in a similar role is ideal, though we are open to candidates looking to start their IT career.
  • ITIL knowledge is advantageous.
