Information Security Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Implementation Manager to join our team at JNC Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing IT security controls and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and onboard new leading-edge technology to the organization, ensuring safe and secure deployment.
- Collaborate with the Head of Information Security and liaise with senior stakeholders, IT departments, and the Security team to drive security initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between Operations, Engineering, and GRC teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as a Security Business Partner to deliver strategic, design, and solution-based services to the organization.
- Manage the organization's digital twin services and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain technical designs and risk assessments to ensure robust security controls.
- Enhance technical and procedural control sets to mitigate security risks.
- Manage projects for new products, processes, and services, ensuring security is integrated from the outset.
- Maintain and update security policies and frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Produce reports for service owners on audits, scans, and penetration tests, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Serve as an escalation point for problem tickets and coordinate their resolution, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders, partners, and third-party relationships.
- Strong knowledge of security threats, controls, processes, and solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and products, as well as security frameworks such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, and NIST CSF.
- Security training, certification, and qualifications are highly desirable.
- A valid driving license and ability to obtain security clearance are essential.
