Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As an Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational running of events, ensuring the highest level of customer service is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Operational Event Planning: Plan, book, and train staff for events, as well as organize equipment and resources to meet client requirements.
- Represent the Company: Represent COREcruitment Ltd at industry events, promoting our services and building relationships with potential clients.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to colleagues on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring the smooth execution of events.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in event management, ideally within an event caterer or events venue.
- Key Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £36,000 + overtime payment for evening event work and TOIL for weekend shifts.
- Benefits: 28 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), company pension scheme, free meals on duty, uniform provided, and childcare vouchers.
