Inside Sales Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Auto Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our Shred-it document automatic destruction services to potential customers and negotiating sales agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-volume sales calls to solicit services and negotiate sales agreements
- Manage a pipeline of prospective customers and new lead referrals through efficient task management
- Maintain accurate records of personal activity and future pipeline of tasks and prospects using our CRM system
- Achieve or exceed all activity and productivity targets as prescribed
- Negotiate sales agreements in line with company terms and policies
- Review goals with the Inside Sales Executive Team Leader to ensure targets are achieved
- Remain educated on market conditions to optimize Shred-it's standing and positioning in the marketplace
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- 0-1 year of sales experience required; basic knowledge preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Excellent time management, self-discipline, and organizational skills
- Energetic, highly motivated, and results-oriented with a constant positive attitude
