About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Conversational Experience Designer to join our team at Nationwide Building Society. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for designing and creating engaging conversational experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop conversational dialogue for our chatbot, Arti, to support member interactions and provide a seamless digital experience.
  • Analyze member conversations to identify areas for improvement and propose changes to enhance the chatbot's performance and customer experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to establish clear adherence to tone of voice and ensure consistency across all chat dialogue.
  • Lead user testing activities to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in messaging and chatbot design, build, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and present findings to an audience.
  • Proven ability to work at pace and as part of a team, delivering quality while identifying, owning, and managing risks.
  • Knowledge of LivePerson, IBM Watson, Amazon Connect, or other chat technologies.
