Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives for the Chatbot implementation.
  • Design conversational flows that effectively address user inquiries and support tasks across different channels and platforms.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of conversational designs into the Salesforce Chatbot framework.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on conversational designs based on user feedback and performance analytics.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for conversational design and user experience optimization.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in conversational design, ideally within the context of chatbots or virtual assistants.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Chatbot or similar conversational AI platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
