Job Title: UX Conversation Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Conversation Designer to lead the development of modern conversational experiences across key touchpoints in the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create natural language scripts and flows for multiple chatbots and in-product assistance, ensuring interactions are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of conversational designs and to optimize the performance of chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Design and test prototype chatbots and conversational interfaces, using tools such as Figma to communicate designs to engineering and architecture teams.
  • Maintain underlying content and content structure to ensure the performance of chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning.
Requirements:
  • Experience in conversation design for consumer products or services.
  • Chatbot design experience with Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Rasa, or other bot frameworks.
  • Ability to assess and design interactions between language and design elements to construct a logical and compelling narrative throughout the user journey.
  • An enthusiasm for natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) technologies.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience simplifying and communicating complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
