Job Summary:

This is a newly created opportunity for a strong administrator to join a busy but super friendly HR and Learning & Development team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for HR and Learning and Development functions.
  • Deal with all administration surrounding graduate recruitment, work experience candidates, and apprenticeships.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to support accreditation and leadership schemes.
  • Assist with the coordination of training programs and events.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to HR and Learning and Development.
