Position Overview


Having established a strong presence in Turkey, OPLOG is now extending its reach into Europe and the US, seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead the expansion of our sales pipeline.

You will be a results-driven, proactive demand generation marketer with experience collaborating with SDR/BDR teams, eager to develop a comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategy that sets new benchmarks.


As a key member of the growth team, you will be instrumental in designing and executing large-scale demand generation initiatives aimed at generating new leads for SDRs, while utilizing feedback from sales teams to refine campaign strategies and messaging.


Your expertise in B2B demand generation will be complemented by a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including planning, messaging, creative execution, and performance tracking.

You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with SDRs and sales teams, and will actively seek innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a profound understanding of target personas, including their challenges and motivations, to effectively engage them.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and sales teams to plan and execute demand generation campaigns, ensuring alignment throughout the process.
  • Conduct account research and analysis to identify, segment, and prioritize target accounts.
  • Create and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns, focusing on message development and optimal channel selection.
  • Leverage high-intent buying signals and technologies to prioritize SDR outreach efforts.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and track performance against established KPIs.
  • Engage in the assessment of new marketing technologies and data sources.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing within the E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or SaaS sectors.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation.
  • Skilled in developing Ideal Customer Profiles and target account lists.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to adapt and execute plans effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who can work independently when necessary.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail in execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for relationship building.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Turkish is a significant advantage.
