Tenancy Renewals Specialist

We are looking for a Tenancy Renewals Specialist to become a vital part of our team at APW Lettings. Our professionals are recognized for their attention to detail, high standards of service, and comprehensive understanding of the local property market. Trusted for many years, we have focused on letting residential properties in the region for a considerable time.
Role Overview:
- Efficiently managing all renewal paperwork for the occupied properties within stipulated timelines.
- Performing Right to Rent Checks as required during the renewal process.
- Verifying that all compliance documents are current at the time of tenancy renewal and acquiring any necessary documentation.
- Issuing Section 21 notices when appropriate.
- Assisting in the upkeep of the property register and promotional displays.
- Contributing to business development initiatives.
- Managing diaries effectively.
- Engaging with clients, suppliers, branch personnel, property management, and accounts to facilitate successful renewals.
- Providing support to a dynamic team.
- Carrying out general office responsibilities including filing, archiving, scanning, and typing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to manage public-facing duties both in-person and via telephone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
