Tenancy Renewals Specialist at APW Lettings

We are looking for a Tenancy Renewals Specialist to become a vital part of our team at APW Lettings. Our staff is recognized for their attention to detail, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of the property market. With a strong emphasis on national and international marketing, a significant portion of our business is generated through referrals and recommendations. For over 145 years, we have been dedicated to letting residential properties across the region.

Role Overview:

  • Efficiently managing all renewal documentation for occupied properties within specified timelines.
  • Conducting necessary Right to Rent Checks during the renewal process.
  • Ensuring all compliance documents are current and obtaining any required documentation upon renewal.
  • Issuing Section 21 notices when required.
  • Assisting in the upkeep of the property register and promotional displays.
  • Supporting business development initiatives.
  • Managing diaries effectively.
  • Engaging with clients, suppliers, branch personnel, property management, and accounts to facilitate successful renewals.
  • Providing assistance to a dynamic team.
  • Performing general office tasks including filing, archiving, scanning, and typing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to manage public-facing responsibilities both in-person and via phone.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
