About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Group. As a key member of our external sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our wide range of products across our businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and suppliers to maximize customer opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts across an agreed area, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow and maintain relationships.
  • Conduct market research to gain an understanding of local market conditions and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, adding value to their businesses through activities such as project planning and supplier contacts.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and confident attitude.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the construction industry, with a passion for sales and customer service.
