Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly ambitious and talented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue in the construction sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and proposals
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction sector
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a business development strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, plus uncapped profit-based commission. A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
