As a Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring a professional and courteous image at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless customer journey from reservation to legal completion.
- Take ownership of the development's internal and external presentation, ensuring it meets company standards.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for homes and My Redrow options, including legal completions and annual turnover.
- Ensure the health and safety of customers and colleagues align with company procedures.
