We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Kier Transportation team at Oxford Station. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our station upgrade project.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the site team, ensuring the smooth operation of project administration duties.
- Implement Kier Group's policies, including those for SHE and risk management, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Manage the receipt and validation of goods and services, including the use of Oracle and purchase cards.
- Process payroll information for weekly and monthly paid employees, ensuring accuracy against the relevant Working Rule Agreement.
- Coordinate staff travel requirements, including hotels and rail arrangements.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.
- Enthusiastic and collaborative approach, with the ability to work as part of a team to deliver departmental and company objectives.
- Knowledge and experience of management systems and processes used within a similar business, preferably in a Network Rail or comparable setting.
