Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Conduct evidence-based analysis, synthesizing data from diverse sources to provide valuable insights on performance and service-related matters.
  • Analyze large and intricate datasets to support the creation of new metrics and enhancements to existing standards.
  • Engage in performance assessments by collaborating across departments to identify and address service issues.
  • Utilize insights and trend data to highlight successes, risks, and challenges in service delivery, recommending resource allocation and efficiency enhancements.
  • Exhibit resourcefulness and a proactive mindset in a dynamic environment, contributing to high-profile projects that ensure exceptional performance and customer service.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing complex performance initiatives, demonstrating the ability to enhance service delivery for customers.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to manipulate and interpret data from multiple sources, producing high-quality outputs and guiding senior leaders.
  • Experience in presenting and analyzing management information, drawing actionable conclusions.
  • Proficient in leading a specialized team while managing time effectively and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and a proactive approach in team leadership, with the ability to challenge professionally to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations through various digital platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly in data analysis and trend identification.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, or SAS Enterprise, with the ability to automate data processes and develop quality dashboards.
  • Familiarity with benefit processes and customer journey frameworks.
