About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Performance Director to lead our regional team and drive business growth through strategic SEO initiatives. As a key member of our global SEO team, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that meet the needs of our clients and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional SEO strategies that align with global goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of SEO specialists to deliver high-quality SEO services to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize results
  • Provide expert guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional SEO services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and industry developments to ensure our team is always ahead of the curve

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a team of SEO specialists in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and industry developments
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Experience with SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
