Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Parts Operations Manager for our depot. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the parts operation to ensure optimal customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability through effective parts sales, inventory management, and expense oversight. You will lead and inspire a team of parts specialists, setting high standards and guiding them to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing parts ordering, overseeing goods in and out, maintaining displays and retail areas, and addressing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to motivate a team of parts specialists and support staff.
  • Utilize computer systems effectively, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and dealership management systems.
  • Implement effective purchasing and inventory management strategies while possessing technical knowledge of parts.
  • Promote a safe working environment through health and safety training and awareness.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills with a focus on strategic planning and problem-solving.
  • Analyze departmental KPIs and apply strong analytical skills to drive performance.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Prior experience in the agricultural sector is advantageous.
