Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions). As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager in delivering exceptional HR services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in the administration of employee lifecycle processes, including updating employee records and maintaining accurate data.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with the coordination of new start inductions, training, and development programs.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including updating job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and managing candidate applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including time and attendance, training, and development records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
