Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and guidance on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist with updating employee records, including starters and leavers, on our HR system.
  • HR Enquiries and Advice: Serve as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, best practices, and procedures.
  • Appraisal and Training Administration: Collaborate with line managers and the HR Manager to ensure timely completion of appraisals, skills matrices, and training plans.
  • HR Data Management: Update and maintain our time and attendance system, as well as other data systems.
  • HR Administration: Assist with producing letters, contracts of employment, and induction packs.
  • New Start Inductions and Training: Support the organization and administration of new start inductions and training.
  • Recruitment and Selection Administration: Assist with the administration of recruitment and selection processes, including updating employee records.

Requirements:

  • HR Experience: Proven experience as a point of contact for general HR-related queries.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage an HR inbox and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Training and Induction: Experience in organizing training and induction packs for new starters.
