About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner BMW Newport. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the workshop.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing, ensuring they are fully aware of the process and any additional services required.
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Offer expert advice on our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
