About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with our technicians and workshop team to ensure that vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
  • Keep customers informed and up-to-date on the status of their vehicle, providing regular updates and ensuring that they are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
