Role Purpose
Colas Continental Bitumen UK is currently seeking a part-time Facility Maintenance Operative to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
As a Facility Maintenance Operative, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting with cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and organized depot environment.
  • Ensuring that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and available.
  • Adhering to the established cleaning schedule to keep offices, changing areas, laboratories, and driver facilities in pristine condition.
  • Replenishing consumables such as toilet paper and other necessary items as required.
  • Monitoring stock levels of cleaning materials and requesting additional supplies when necessary.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a similar cleaning or maintenance role.
  • A GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent, with a minimum Grade C being desirable.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • A valid driving license.

Compensation Package
