Key Responsibilities- Implement maintenance procedures, engineering standards, and specifications to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Undertake corrective maintenance and bench overhaul activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Review and validate autonomous maintenance activities, escalating any issues that fall outside your expertise.
- Provide technical support and training to Operator Maintainers on all aspects of maintenance.
- Initiate dynamic risk assessments and implement condition-based inspections to identify potential issues.
- Participate in planned preventative maintenance activities and line overhauls as required.
- Record and register stop information to support loss deployment groups and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience of maintenance within an automated FMCG/bakery environment.
- Basic food hygiene qualification.
- Gas training.
- 17th Edition Electrical regulations knowledge.
- Risk Assessment and Method Statement training.
