We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen leadership team at Wagamama. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you'll support the Head Chef in leading your kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring they meet our high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to drive kitchen performance, implement new ideas, and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, stock control, and labor costs, to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Sous Chef or equivalent in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
