About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Compliance Team Leader to lead our team of quality professionals in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and our Pharmaceutical Quality System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with GMP and our Pharmaceutical Quality System.
  • Provide QA support to business projects, focusing on quality systems, quality compliance, and document control.
  • Develop and implement quality systems, including deviation management, CAPA, complaint handling, auditing, change management, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality management and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure supplier qualification and management to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including leadership, team members, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or pharmaceutical discipline.
  • Significant experience working within an established Quality System in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Experience leading a team of quality professionals.
  • Experience in solid oral dosage forms development, including clinical supply and commercial scale manufacture.
  • Experience with all quality system aspects, including deviations, CAPA, complaint handling, auditing, change management, analysis, and KPIs.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently and in conjunction with team members.
Desirable Criteria
  • Higher degree (MSc or PhD) in a scientific or pharmaceutical discipline.
  • Qualified lead auditor.
  • Experience with regulatory audits (FDA, MHRA, EMEA, etc.).
