We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Compliance Wise. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our dental clinics adhere to legal standards, industry regulations, and in-house policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and UK healthcare laws.
- Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks.
- Provide guidance on compliance matters and foster a culture of ethical practices within our organization.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enforce compliance in all aspects of our operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2 years experience within dentistry.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, UK healthcare laws, and industry standards, particularly those related to dental practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and influencing staff at all levels.
