ROLE OVERVIEW

Northumbria Sport is seeking two part-time Athletic Facility Coordinators who will oversee the daily operations of the facility and engage in various customer service roles at Coach Lane Sports Ground. This venue hosts both internal and external activities and is situated at Coach Lane East Campus. The Athletic Facility Coordinator is accountable for ensuring the smooth operation of sports facilities, providing a welcoming, safe, and exceptional experience for all patrons. This role is pivotal in customer engagement and will involve direct service and operational responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Northumbria Sport's scheduled activities. These positions are part-time, totaling 14.8 hours per week.

TEAM STRUCTURE

Reporting directly to the Duty Manager, this role will be part of Northumbria Sport, a vital department within Campus Services. Northumbria Sport is dedicated to providing an outstanding student experience through a diverse range of sports, fitness, and wellness programs.

The position will be located at Coach Lane Sports Ground.
