Facilities Operations Coordinator Role

Key Qualifications for a Facilities Operations Coordinator:
  • Proven experience in a comparable position, overseeing facilities or building compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects effectively. This position will primarily be office-based, focusing on driving team success and initiating new projects and facilities.
  • Familiarity with building compliance, regulatory standards, and health and safety protocols

Core Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all aspects of the organization's hard facilities management and regulatory compliance. This will involve visiting various sites 2-3 times monthly to ensure adherence to standards and developing action plans for any necessary improvements.
  • Lead various projects, which may encompass the establishment of new production lines, factory setups, and the implementation of new electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and other relevant requirements.
