Become a key player in our Tax team as a VAT Compliance Manager at Temenos

In this pivotal role, the VAT Compliance Manager will deliver expert guidance and oversight on indirect tax matters affecting the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a practical mindset, be solution-focused, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the indirect tax compliance requirements for Temenos Group entities globally (excluding the USA).
  • Engage with Financial Controllers and Shared Service Centers to ensure timely submission of indirect tax filings.
  • Maintain partnerships with external firms for the preparation of tax returns.
  • Evaluate and enhance internal procedures for the management of indirect taxes.
  • Support tax audits and refine compliance strategies.
  • Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and recommend compliance solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Transfer Pricing manager and other team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, consulting, or within international corporations.
  • Advanced expertise in indirect tax with proven project successes.
  • Knowledgeable in tax systems across various jurisdictions.
  • Strong proficiency in IT, particularly with Excel.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
