Job Title: Therapeutic Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapeutic Services Manager to join our team at Mind in Salford. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our therapeutic services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of therapeutic services, including counseling, group work, and individual support.
  • Manage a team of therapists and support staff, providing guidance, supervision, and coaching to ensure excellent practice.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including other mental health services and community organizations.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading therapeutic services, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation, policies, and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
