### Job Title: Therapeutic Services Manager

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapeutic Services Manager to join our team at Mind in Salford. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our therapeutic services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to our clients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of therapeutic services across the organization
* Manage a team of therapists and support staff to ensure the delivery of excellent services
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

### Requirements

* A degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work)
* Significant experience in leading therapeutic services or a related field
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
